The experience at CUPRA Oldham was fantastic because from first visit to picking up the car we were looked after by Michael who was friendly, professional and enthusiastic. Choice of cars and value for money was second to none, I'd searched all over-the internet and was glad I came across Cupra Oldham and would highly recommend them.

This is a tricky one - Cupra Oldham are in a fortunate position where they have access to a very large pool of cars to pull from which makes them unique. All the staff were very nice in person, but there were a collection of communication errors throughout the buying process that made it quite unenjoyable at times. A bit more foresight and better communication would have gone a long way in improving the experience
